Caitlin Pierce

Caitlin Pierce joined Housing Assistance Corporation in 2019. Caitlin is originally from Maine, but spent many years living in Philadelphia, where she obtained her clinical license in marriage & family therapy, before eventually returning to New England and now calling Cape Cod home. Caitlin has over 14 years’ experience working in the mental health field both in practice and in supervision/administration. Caitlin spent her former years working for in-home family therapy programs where she had first-hand experience supporting children and families in their healing process from crisis, trauma, relationship breakdowns, and various challenging circumstances. She has worked in addictions programs and with general outpatient practices. Caitlin also is an “exercise geek” and moonlights as a fitness instructor. She loves running, hiking, exploring nature trails, and enjoying downtime with her family.
