Projects in the Pipeline

Lofts at 57

An 8-unit mixed income community located on Ridgewood Ave. in downtown Hyannis. HAC intends to convert an underutilized vacant lot with a deteriorated foundation and, in its place, construct three buildings of multifamily residential units along with site improvements, including a shared parking lot with 13 spaces. The cottage-style buildings will be clustered around a shared outdoor space to create a “pocket neighborhood,” which will provide a strong sense of community and fit into the character of the surrounding residential single and multifamily homes. Residential buildings will be composed of (1) two-family dwelling and (2) three-unit townhouses with 8 total units and a total floor area of 6,564 square feet (excluding basement space). The development will contain a mix of two affordable units (for residents with household incomes under 80% AMI) and six market rate housing units.
