Available Housing
In addition to building more than 550 affordable homes and apartments in our region, Housing Assistance provides services to help people find a safe and stable place to call home. We administer Section 8 and MRVP housing voucher programs and maintain a list of the different subsidized housing voucher and place-based programs. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Section 8 voucher holders who experience a decrease in income due to the outbreak will not be held to the two voluntary interims between regular re-exams.
Money-Housing Education
We offer classes that will help you become a more successful tenant, learn about managing your money and financial goals, or prepare for buying your first home.
Affordable Homeownership
Our Cape Community Real Estate service manages the sale and purchase of deed-restricted affordable properties in our region. CCRE also manages rental and ownership lotteries for new developments.
