This season, we’re asking you to give to our annual Telethon for Hope – a major fundraiser for our neighbors in need of housing. This year, our Telethon will kick-off on Thursday December 3rd at 6 PM with live performances from Super Soulshine and Jonathan Thompson of JT’s Chronicles. They’ll help keep everyone’s spirits bright and provide a festive start to our 12 DAYS OF GIVING until our full broadcast of the telethon on Tuesday, December 15th.

2020 Telethon for Hope: Local Music Celebration

ANNUAL EVENT – Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (6-8:30 PM)

Housing Assistance’s 17th Annual Telethon for Hope will be a musical celebration, featuring some of the region’s top musicians and entertainers, including Jonathan Thompson of JT’s Chronicles, Monica Rizzio, Sarah Swain, Super Soulshine, David Roth, Larry Marsland, and David Bussiere and Troy Williams.

With longer musical segments, this year’s performers will add to the festiveness and joy this annual Housing Assistance event inspires. They’ll be joined by host Matt Pitta as well as our generous donors, sponsors, and phone bank fundraisers who have all stepped up to make sure everyone has a safe place to call home this holiday season.

This year’s telethon will be broadcast live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel as well as local access Channels 98 & 99 and www.capecod.com.

Proceeds from this year’s Telethon for Hope will go to support our work to ensure all on Cape Cod and the Islands have access to safe, stable housing. Now more than ever housing is the foundation for strong families, strong neighborhoods, and strong communities.

You can help us provide that foundation by getting involved in our Telethon for Hope today!

Please invite friends to join you, too, and share your plans on your own Facebook page and let everyone know why helping our community stay safely housed is important to you.

DONATE: As the days get shorter and the temperatures get colder, your generosity can be the difference between keeping a senior, a young family, or a single parent in their home and off the streets. Click this link to make a donation.

WATCH AND SHARE: The Telethon will air live on local community channels 98 and 99 and stream online on our Facebook page (click here) as well as on Cape Cod Community Media Center’s pages. On the day of the telethon, encourage your friends to watch and make sure to share the live video on your page with your network.

You can also start an online watch party on your Facebook page and share this year’s telethon in Facebook community groups as a way to raise awareness to the need for safe, stable housing during these uncertain times.
