Housing Assistance’s Caitlin Sullivan (upper right) ran this year’s road race with colleagues Anne Van Cleck (clockwise from bottom), CEO Alisa Magnotta, David Quinn, and Jodi Keegan.
This past August, Caitlin Sullivan ran the Falmouth Road Race to support Housing Assistance, where she has spent the past four and half years working as a program counselor in its Leased Housing Department.
She was one of five Housing Assistance staffers – Alisa Magnotta, Anne Van Vleck, Jodi Keegan, and David Quinn were the others – to run this year’s road race on behalf of the agency.
It was Caitlin’s fourth Falmouth Road Race, but her first running for HAC. “I wanted to raise money for Housing Assistance,” Caitlin said of why she joined them in running the 7.1-mile race. “I think we do great things here and I wanted to connect with some of my coworkers, share this experience with them, and challenge myself.”
Caitlin is already looking forward to running the iconic race again in 2020. “I want to raise more money for Housing Assistance and it will keep me motivated for the year,” she said. “I like helping people and I like all the people that work here, what we stand for and our mission.”
Did you know that 2019 was our CEO Alisa Magnotta’s first ever Falmouth Road Race? She wrote about that experience in her most recent editorial (click here). The event was an opportunity for our supporters to raise funds for our housing programs. Chatham’s Meredith Fry and Orleans’ Robin Thayer were at the top of our fundraising list.
