Applications are now being accepted for 36 new affordable 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments being constructed at 497 Route 28 in West Yarmouth.
The Residences at Yarmouth Gardens offers modern luxuries at a price you can afford. With a contemporary design that is convenient and attractive, each apartment features heat and hot water; Energy Star appliances; quality cabinetry and windows; dishwasher and microwave; modern fixtures; and emergency maintenance.
Community amenities include onsite management’ a playground; laundry facilities; an elevator; free parking; a bus shelter; a community clubhouse; and secure controlled access.
Priority will be given to applications received on or before the application deadline on Friday, October 29. The lottery drawing will be held on Friday, November 19. A Public Information Webinar will take place live on Wednesday, October 6 at 6:30 pm and will be available for viewing at www.yarmouthgardensma.com.
