Case Manager (Village at Cataumet)
Housing Assistance is currently hiring for a shelter Case Manager at our family homeless shelter in Cataumet. This position will work directly with clients to identify housing barriers, assist with housing search activities, and complete required state documentation. From assessment to placement, the case manager will be responsible for assisting families with budgeting, monitoring completion of required tasks, and supporting housing efforts to secure long-term stable housing.
Qualified candidates will have experience working with homeless or low-income families, be team oriented, and have experience identifying resources. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field is a plus! This position will report to the Director of the Village at Cataumet.

Homeless Youth Case Manager
Housing Assistance is seeking a full-time, 30-hour per week Homeless Case Manager to work with homeless and at-risk youth/young adults in the Upper and Mid-Cape.
The Case Manager will work with homeless or at-risk youth, up to the age of 24, to identify needed resources; provide referral and appointment support; and coordinate financial assistance. This position will involve meeting with identified youth in both community and office settings.
Qualified applicants will have experience working collaboratively with social service providers, be able to engage with others in a compassionate motivating style, and be knowledgeable about local resources. A valid MA driver’s license is required. Experience working with at-risk youth is a plus!

Awake Overnight Support Staff
Our residential family shelter for women recovering from substance abuse and their children has openings for day and evening support staff for residential coverage. Qualified candidates will have experience working in or an interest working in recovery-focused environments and have day and weekend availability. Candidates must show they have working experience being creative, compassionate, computer literate, and detail oriented. Candidates need to be consistent and committed. This position will report to the Program Director.
Shifts: Sunday and Monday, 10 PM to 8 AM

House Manager (Carriage House)
Housing Assistance Corporation is currently hiring for a House Manager at our family house shelter located in North Falmouth. This position will be responsible for facility safety; maintenance requests; supply ordering; and managing the cleaning schedule and organization of the facility.
This position is full-time, during daytime hours, and is eligible for full benefits. Qualified candidates will display attention to detail, be a motivated self-starter, and be team oriented. A valid MA driver’s license is required. Experience managing a residential program is a plus! This position will report to the Director of Carriage House.
